Thank you for booking with Pisces Stellium! Our goal is to enlighten and empower you with the information + tools that you seek, through the study + art of astrology, numerology, and tarot. The following Terms + Conditions have been placed in order to protect both you, the client, and Pisces Stellium.

Pisces Stellium is here to protect + serve every client’s needs. Pisces Stellium treats everyone with equal love + respect, regardless of age, race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.

I (Chelsea Johnson) display my abilities with honesty and integrity. I believe that everyone has free will, and is able to make their own choices. In other words, your future is in your own hands. You have the ability to change or redirect any unwanted messages that you may receive from a reading, and react accordingly, creating your own responsibilities + circumstances.

Terms

All service times and dates are based on the Eastern Standard Time Zone. I (Chelsea Johnson) will respond to your order within 3-5 business days and let you know an estimated digital delivery date. All services offered are received + completed in a digital manner. File formats that you will receive include PDFs and JPGs.

Classic Birth Chart Interpretations take ~1-3 weeks to complete. Sun, Moon, + Rising Interpretations take ~1 week to complete. Custom Birth Chart Designs take ~5-7 days to complete.

All tarot readings will be received and completed within ~5 business days.

Numeroscopes will be completed within ~1-2 weeks.

Depending on volume, you will be notified if more time is needed to complete your reading.

Astrology, numerology, + tarot are intricate, mystical tools that help unlock a deeper sense of self-awareness. Services provided by Pisces Stellium can be utilized to shed light on a certain situation or path, however it is ultimately your decision to change something if you desire. We have free will, nothing is set in stone, nothing has a 100% chance of coming true. Pisces Stellium is not responsible for the choices you may make, nor their outcomes.

Pisces Stellium does not conduct readings on the following topics: medical issues, death, pregnancy/childbirth, or any legal or business matters.

Pisces Stellium will not invade the privacy of another individual if asked to do so by the client. Permission must be granted by the individual in question to read their energy. Pisces Stellium also will not conduct a reading based on malicious intent.

By booking a service with Pisces Stellium, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms + Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

Refunds

Refunds will not be administered to readings that have already been completed.

Refunds will not be administered if you fail to cancel a reading within at least 24 hours. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel the session at least 24 hours in advance.

Pisces Stellium reserves the right to provide a full refund if they do not feel comfortable performing a reading for a client.​
